Kaishan BMVF Series Variable Frequency Screw Air Compressor

• Traditional screw air compressors can adjust motor speed via external frequency converters to modulate exhaust volume, aligning air production with consumption for energy savings. However, these motors have rated speed, power, and efficiency, and using an external converter forces the motor away from its rated speed. When a standard motor deviates from this speed, efficiency significantly drops; the greater the deviation, the larger the efficiency decline.
  In contrast, BMVF series permanent magnet variable frequency screw compressors maintain high motor efficiency at any speed, offering superior energy savings compared to traditional screw compressors with external frequency converters. Moreover, the adjustment range for standard compressors with external converters is 40-100%. Thus, if conditions deviate over 60%, speed adjustment becomes impossible. The BMVF series screw compressors, however, have an adjustment range of 15-100%, allowing them to function effectively even with an 85% deviation from working conditions.
