Kaishan JN Series Low Pressure Screw Air Compressor

Kaishan JN series low-pressure screw air compressors are tailor-made for nominal discharge pressure requirements of 0.15MPa–0.3MPa. Whether for new projects or replacing traditional 0.7–0.8MPa screw compressors, they can effectively save over 30% in electricity costs, helping enterprises reduce production costs and carbon emissions.
The equipment is equipped with the high-efficiency SKY series airend specially designed for low-pressure working conditions, supporting automatic adjustment of the internal compression ratio within the discharge pressure range of 0.2–0.5MPa to ensure optimal energy efficiency under different operating pressures.
Some models adopt oil pump forced lubrication to ensure sufficient oil injection volume and the optimal oil-gas mixing ratio even under extremely low discharge pressures.
